Do I need Dynamics 365 to use the Power Platform?
No. The Power Platform works perfectly well on its own or alongside Microsoft 365. That said, the two share Dataverse as their database, so if you adopt Dynamics 365 CRM or Business Central later, your Power Platform work plugs straight into it rather than becoming another disconnected system.
