This Privacy Policy explains how Alishbit, S.L. (“Alishbit”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit alishbit.com, contact us, or use our services. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).
Who Is Responsible for Your Data?
The data controller is Alishbit, S.L., C. Quebrantatinajas, 33, Campanillas, 29591 Málaga, Spain. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@alishbit.com.
What Data We Collect and Why
Contact form
When you send us a message through the contact form on this website, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email address, company, and your message). We use this data to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The form is provided by HubSpot and submissions are stored in our HubSpot account hosted in the European Union.
Meeting scheduling
If you book a meeting with us, scheduling is handled by Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email address, and the meeting details you choose. Calendly only loads after you give the corresponding consent in our cookie banner.
Website analytics
With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. Analytics runs in Google Consent Mode: no analytics cookies are set and no identifiers are stored unless you accept the Statistics category in our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
Email and business correspondence
If you email us directly or become a client, we process the data needed to communicate with you and to perform our services, on the legal bases of contract performance and compliance with legal obligations (tax and commercial law).
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Optional cookies (statistics, marketing, preferences) are only set after you give consent through our cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time.
Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under data processing agreements:
- Microsoft (email, documents, and business applications, covered by Microsoft’s EU Data Boundary commitments)
- HubSpot (contact form and CRM, EU data centre)
- Calendly (meeting scheduling)
- Google (website analytics, with consent)
- Our hosting and content delivery providers (website operation and security)
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to two years afterwards unless a business relationship begins. Client and invoicing data is kept for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@alishbit.com. We will respond within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), at www.aepd.es.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
